- 2 msk mjölk

SmĂ€lt smöret & lĂ„t svalna. Rör ihop luftigt med sockret, Rör i ett Ă€gg i taget. Sen mjölet, bakpulvret & mjölken. HĂ€ll i smord form, c. 24 cm Ă. Skala, kĂ€rna ur & skiva Ă€pplena. Tryck ner dom tĂ€tt i kakan. Ha pĂ„ socker & ev. kanel.
175° 30-40 min. nedre delen av ugnen.
