Fyriskaka
- 125 g (smält) smör
- 1,5 dl socker
- 2 ägg
- 2,5 dl mjöl
- 0,5 tsk bakpulver
- 2 msk mjölk
- äpplen
- socker
- (kanel)
Smält smöret & låt svalna. Rör ihop luftigt med sockret, Rör i ett ägg i taget. Sen mjölet, bakpulvret & mjölken. Häll i smord form, c. 24 cm Ø. Skala, kärna ur & skiva äpplena. Tryck ner dom tätt i kakan. Ha på socker & ev. kanel.
175° 30-40 min. nedre delen av ugnen.
