Rijksmuseum in the Netherlands has 700,000+ pictures of art online available for you to pick and choose for your bad jokes, in their Rijksstudio.

You do have to sign up, e.g. with an email address, to download, but nothing more egregious than that.

In Denmark, Statens Museum for Kunst similarly has 82,000+ pictures of pieces in their collection online.
