D:A:D are in L.A. - Cello Studios (used to be called Oceanview Studios) - mixing their upcoming album with Jim Scott (who recently mixed Red Hot Chili Peppers' album "Californication"). But Paul Northfield stopped by too (he was otherwise busy producing Marilyn Manson)! Sounds promising, I think. Palm Computing has launched Palm IIIc - a PalmPilot with 256-colour display. Sounds funky! Oh, and it uses rechargeable batteries. A big minus with older PalmPilots were that they didn't have rechargeable batteries, I think.
