No Euro in Denmark
53.1% of the people who voted on the Euro in Denmark put their cross next to "No". Cartoonist Jakob Martin Strid won't be playing the banjo all next week. All rejoice.
Last time the Danish people said "No" our national male football-team won the European Championships.
This time the Danish female handball-team is in the final of the Olympics (they won at the last Olympics, and the team is considered to be considerably weaker this time around).
Maybe "No"'s are good for sports?
Now all we are waiting for is the date for the next referendum, so we can get a chance to vote "correctly"..
