Why doesn't ghci work on Debian (unstable) on PowerPC?

$ uname -m
ppc
$ dpkg --status ghc6 | egrep '^(Status|Version)'
Status: install ok installed
Version: 6.8.2-5
$ ghci6
ghc-6.8.2: not built for interactive use
$

Meh.

Oh, it should be fixed in GHC 6.10 - which is scheduled to pre-release a week from now.
