Dankort breaks down every year
The Danish banks joint card system Dankort broke down when the country changed away from daylight savings time last night.
The system is very popular and quite a number of years old (it has been around since 1983/84); one could even be tempted to call it "mature".
Each and every year daylight savings time is in effect during the summer in Denmark.
The strange thing is this: The dayligt savings time related breakdown also happens each and every year!
