For anyone dissatisfied with their looks, I have got some hard-core scientific facts that will make you either happy or close to nervous break-down depending on the colour of your skin: Already in 1853 the Frensh scientist Gobineau informed the intellectual world that the white 'race' is the most beautiful, and the black 'race' the ugliest one. And the proof: "One has only to compare the various types of men scattered over the earth's suface to be convinced of this." Well, that ought to settle that. Scientific indeed! And what's most scaring is that people accepted it as facts. Yuk.
