I've just received an email from Malaysia, asking for a quotation on a one ton per hour rice destoning machine. I don't know what to answer. Help.

(Yes, I had written a long rant and yes, the goddamned browser crashed and no, that's not acceptable but yes, that's the way it is when you're using unfinished software).
