Coop is intended to be a collaborative, uhm no: cooperative, place/page for ... well, almost anything.

You can think of it as a place to put up post-it notes with interesting, deep, shallow or boring snippets, with (or without) links, you'd like to share.

If you feel you have something that fits in here and you want to contribute, you are very welcome to contact me and learn how.

Channelling

You can add a Coop-channel to your my.netscape-page (if you use my.netscape), or you can use any other tool that understands RSS-files to get headlines from Coop. The Coop RSS file is updated automatically with every change.

Linking

If you want to link to a specific entry you have seen on Coop, you can obtain a permanent link (one that that will not change over time - the frontpage (hopefully) will!) by clicking on the little thing in the upper right corner of each entry, the thing that looks like this: Clicking on the icon will take you to the permanent URL of an
entry. The page that the link leads to is a permanently archived copy of the specific entry.

We also have a list of all entries in the archive.

In some ways Coop is the postdecessor(?) of Overground.

Looks

Coop probably looks awful in browser that do not support CSS well. I've tried to at least not make Netscape 4.XX crash, but I won't be waisting time trying to make it look good in browsers that do not conform to the standards. Try Mozilla if you want a standards compliant browser.
