As you may know Copenhagen has got a metro recently.
It's great. When it works, that is.
Last three trips:
- The ticket-machine spits out the 69 of 95 coins we try to pay with. Next time we try adding some larger coins to the mix, this time only 6 kr. is missing, when the machine decides to spit out all the coins. Of course the machine should allow you to pay for anything it contains with the smallest coins it accepts. If they can't make that work, then either the machine should not sell expensive cards or the machine shouldn't allow small coins.
- The metro-train stops in the tunnel 250m before the Frederiksberg station, because there's a train already there. We wait for 15 minutes, while the loudspeakers say that there is a problem on a station we passed long ago, and that the trains will run again "as soon as possible". I'm sorry, "as soon as possible" will not do. You need to say how long you expect it to be - 5 minutes? 10? An hour? Two hours? A day? Whatever, but tell us! Jeeez.
- Today there's a problem between Nørreport and Forum, so I have to walk home from Nørreport, having gotten on at Kongens Nytorv. Yay Metro.
