Locale woes

Morten Brix Pedersen informs me that the big-wigs say that the en_DK locale is a joke, and one should not use that, but rather LANG=da_DK; LC_MESSAGES=en_GB instead. I really don't care, as long as it works. It seems to work, neither Mozilla, nor Gimp, nor Perl seems to get upset and /usr/bin/sort still works.

I filed a bug on Debians xlibs last year on this: #78606; rather embarrasing. Well, at least that's one bug easily closed...

Update: Setting LC_COLLATE=C makes ls sort dirlists the "right" way (capitalized filenames first).
