So Apple has announced a new LED Cinema Display - convenient as my trusty old 23" Apple Cinema Display HD is starting to show its age.

For the old one, I had to buy this weird conversion kit to be able to connect it via DVI (to my Mac Mini, currently and paradoxically), because Apple used their own "ADC" connector.

This new one has a "mini displayport" connector - WTF Apple?!
